Service was fine, they fixed my issue...it really bugged me that both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up the man at the desk never made eye contact with me and kept working on his computer while I talked to him. It made me feel like I was interrupting his work. Not a huge deal but it it would have been the difference between good service and excellent service.

They needed to pressurize the coolant system. They found the problem right away. A leaky hose and the water pump was going. They solved the problem and saved the day!

I have been bringing my car here for about 2 years. They are always timely, efficient and know their business. Would definitely recommend tp any Beemer owner!

Technicians and service members recommend service and are honest enough to recommend when not to do service. Only reason I didn't give this experience a 5/5 was for the following. I paid for my car, and as I started up to leave, I noticed the TPMS tire light was on. I turned the car off and went inside to talk to them. They looked over my work order and said the light was on when I brought the car in (not true). And I stressed to the Technician who worked on the car and was in the room at the time that the light was not on when I brought the car in, and he would not believe me. Jordan did not have all the information at the time so he was not at fault here. I understand people make mistakes and sometimes pickup times dont work out (I am fine with that), and I am fine that they fixed the tire light for free, I am fine that they needed an extra day. What I am NOT fine with is having someone not believe me about the status of my own car the moment I bring it in for service. All in all, not huge deal, just more awareness of listening to customers when they speak and know what they are talking about with their own vehicle.
