Joseph said there were little things about this visit. He scheduled a service appointment ahead of time for Monday morning. On the Friday prior to his appointment, his clutch went out. He called the business and asked if they could change the clutch during his scheduled visit. He was told they could. He dropped off his vehicle at 8:00 am on Monday. By midmorning, there was no information when he called them. By 2:00 pm, a staff member called and told him he would need a clutch. She may have been out of the loop since he had already told them about the clutch. The clutch had overheated and attached to the flywheel, so both had to be replaced. This took a whole week. This business is better than the dealership because this business is honest. The other business tells him things are wrong, which are not wrong.
