This is the only place in Charleston that I'd take BMWs to be maintained. They are BMW aficionados and true experts at what they do. The management is superb. Dennis has put together a team of true professionals on both the customer service and auto services sides of the shop.. Up front, Dennis, Dick, Mark, Rita, and Jordan are super to work with and go out of their way to make sure everything is done well, promptly, and affordably (well, as affordably as possible for maintaining a BMW!). They always explain what is going on with my car, what they recommend and why. They are 100% Straight Shooters -- never any BS or obfuscation. They are also great at acquiring hard-to-find high quality parts for my E30 and E36 BMW 3-series convertibles. In the shop, Paul and the rest of the mechanics have extensive experience -- they know these cars inside out and have seen it all before. They are efficient and do excellent repairs and maintenance. I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago and will continue to bring BMWs here for as long as I live in SC!

Joseph said there were little things about this visit. He scheduled a service appointment ahead of time for Monday morning. On the Friday prior to his appointment, his clutch went out. He called the business and asked if they could change the clutch during his scheduled visit. He was told they could. He dropped off his vehicle at 8:00 am on Monday. By midmorning, there was no information when he called them. By 2:00 pm, a staff member called and told him he would need a clutch. She may have been out of the loop since he had already told them about the clutch. The clutch had overheated and attached to the flywheel, so both had to be replaced. This took a whole week. This business is better than the dealership because this business is honest. The other business tells him things are wrong, which are not wrong.
